Your master's in “Wirtschaftspsychologie” is designed for maximum practical relevance. Specialising in ”Organisationsentwicklung“, as a business & communications psychologist, you could opt for the “Coaching und Beratung” module, whereas business economists might prefer 'Agile Leadership'.
The 60 ECTS-programme incorporates themes such as digitisation, ethics, and international perspectives in the development of the curriculum and the structuring of modules, although there are no electives.
Furthermore, you have the option to undertake an internship or, alternatively, enrol in modules designed to prepare you for the workforce.
