Your course overview in the distance learning programme Industrial and Organizational Psychology
You'll start with fundamental knowledge in psychology and business before diving deeper into topics specific to Industrial and Organizational Psychology. These include areas like human resources, psychological diagnostics, and conflict management, as well as practical projects on organisational psychology or communication for solving real-world problems.
In the Industrial and Organizational Psychology study programme, you'll learn how to apply psychological insights in business practice. after your studies, you'll be equipped to use diagnostic and employment law expertise and integrate your work with management skills.
Elective areas: In elective areas A and B, you choose two elective modules each. Elective area C: At the start, decide between an internship at a company or modules from elective area C. You complete the internship with a practical reflection. If you choose the modules from elective area C, you must complete all modules in this area. It is not possible to combine the internship with modules from elective area C.
